We aim to supply carers for long term care, or respite for a family carer who is in need of a break, or if the client has been poorly and is in need of a little help until they have fully recovered, we are more than happy to supply care until that time comes.

We are registered with CSCI (commission for social care inspection) our regulatory body, and aim to meet the standards that apply to employment agencies. We are also a member of UKHCA.

Castle Care Wessex takes great care and effort to provide quality homecare, matching the client’s needs with the carer’s skills and experience.

Some clients worry that they will not get on with their carer, so we offer a 24 hour emergency contact number, we are also happy to liaise with clients, family and friends to ensure the service runs smoothly.

Our quality assurance

Castle Care Wessex will visit the client every six months or sooner if required. There is a 24 hour emergency contact number.
An annual quality survey will be sent to clients.
The commission of social care inspection will assess our service against the national minimum standards.
