Carers

Thank you for taking the time to look at our web site.

We are very proud of our carers, and I have personally worked along side the majority of them for many years, I have found them to be caring, loyal people. The carers promote independence, and respect the privacy, dignity, and choices, of the client at all times.

Depending on the clients needs, the carers will assist the client appropriately

  • Assisting of the day today running of the house

The carers all have experience in care, have undergone an in-depth interview, hold a CRB enhanced disclosure, have had references taken that are available on request for placements. The carers are all self employed and responsible for their own tax and national insurance, being self employed helps keep the fees down, and gives more flexibility to the service.

We maintain a strong base of carers that come from a variety of back grounds, and their ages range from 20 to early 70’s.

Continuity is paramount, and live in care helps to ensure this. Generally two carers are allocated to a client, and therefore help to ensure breaks and illness is covered by a carer the client has become familiar with.
